SMART LOGGER II

Universal call recording and monitoring system

Smart Logger II records voice conversations from analog and digital telephone lines, IP-telephony and other sources and gives instant and comfortable access to recorded data. The operator interface is designed to be very simple and to cut extra additional staff training expense.

Application

Call-centers of financial institutions (securities traders, banking, and insurance): recording of important verbal communications for financial safety purposes.

Call-centers of any organizations: recording conversations for safety reasons (e.g. against terrorist calls), tracking customer issues and for staff performance control.

Dispatcher sites of organizations with a dependency on verbal communications (power, telephone, oil, water, gas suppliers): recording of messages of internal and external communication for subsequent control and possible investigations.

Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies: lawful interception and monitoring of conversations with mobile or fixed monitoring centers.

Emergency services (fire, ambulance, rescue): recording of incoming voice messages for the effective follow up of accidents.

Programmable analog switching array STC-H300

Electromechanical relay component

STC-H300 is a switching unit for 2 wire lines (analog, ISDN, etc). With STC-H300 it’s possible to connect multiple outputs to just the few inputs of Smart Logger. Input selection is configured through the software, so it’s easy to change a recorded line.

Example: you can connect 128 inputs and simultaneously monitor and record any 8 of them. Built-in RS-232 control unit allows software programming as via COM-port, so and via Ethernet. STC-H300 is ideal add-on for Smart Logger when selective recording is required

VoIP recording software module

New generation VoIP interception and recording software.

Along with recording analog and digital telephone lines, microphones and radio channels, STC offers VoIP recording technology. This turns Smart Logger II platform into truly convergent solution capable of recording each and every speech interaction necessary for your business purposes.
Smart Logger II recording station captures and decodes VoIP traffic in a local area network via common Ethernet 10/100/1000 card. VoIP conversations are recorded in a database. All the relevant information: telephone and SIP-numbers, IP-addresses, date, time and duration is also stored in the database.
